Donald Wink is LAS Distinguished Professor in the Department of Chemistry of the University of Illinois Chicago, where he served as Head for 2000-2005, and is also associated faculty in the Learning Sciences Research Institute. His research training is in organometallic chemistry and single crystal small-molecule crystallography. In addition, he has research programs in curriculum and assessment design and teacher and faculty education in K-12 and higher education.
